Flight schedules, routes, aircraft assignments and other operational details may be adjusted, postponed or reconsidered when required by safety, weather or operational judgement. Safety always takes priority over schedules and itineraries.

Guests are responsible for holding valid identification, travel documents, permits and any immigration or customs documentation required for the requested itinerary.

Modifications or cancellations may be subject to specific conditions and additional charges. Any such terms are communicated in writing at the moment a journey is confirmed.

Certain services may be delivered by qualified third-party aviation operators, FBOs, airports or specialised service providers acting under their own authorisations and standards. Casa del Aire selects its partners with care and coordinates the experience across them.
